This 45 sq mt apartment, completely renovated in April 2012, opens up onto a small foyer leading directly to the living area, fitted with light coloured furniture which boosts the brightness of the room. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and complete with electric oven and dishwasher. On the other side of the room there is a wooden table for 3/4 people and the room is also furnished with a single sofa bed and a flat screen TV with DVD player.
A wooden staircase leads to the sleeping area with slanted roof (but the ceiling is high enough to make it perfectly comfortable). This room is furnished with a closet, a chest of drawers and a double bed.
The bathroomis located next to the entrance door and it is fitted with a shower stall and a washing machine.
Pay parking in Piazza 8 Agosto and in Via Montebello. Internet on demand.

At Check in, the guest is required to bring the necessary documentation for the local authorities:
- a photocopy of their Passport or Identity Card (all persons over the age of 18)
- the VISA if required by their Nationality (all persons over the age of 18)
Beware:
For check-in/out during weekends and holidays as well as early or late check-in/out, we will apply an extra cost as following:
€20: for check-in/out on saturday from 9am to 19 and for checks on sunday and holidays
€20: for check-in/out from monday to friday from 7am to 9am and from 19 to 21
€40: for or check-in/out on weekends and holidays from 7am to 9am and from 19 to 21
€40: for check-in/out from 21 to 7am every day
The additional cost should be given in cash at the check-in.

Security Deposit: 300
There is a security deposit due upon arrival. The amount of the Security Deposit depends on the duration of the stay:

Duration of less than 15 days: €300

Duration of 15 days or more: €1,000
The Security Deposit will be returned to the Client in full within 5 days of the termination of the contract

The electricity and gas meters will be read upon check in and check out for these purposes. Should the monthly bill exceed this limit, the extra cost will be retained from the Security Deposit.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Company may replace the Property with another of identical or superior quality, should the Company be unable to guarantee the Client use of the Property due to events of force majeure or for any contingencies beyond the Company's control. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client.

The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
